Frequently asked questions

These are the questions that come up most. Answers state only what we can stand behind; anything uncertain is marked as such.

Can you supply samples?
Yes. Send a drawing of the mechanism, or photos and dimensions of the current part plus the required stroke, and we will assess and arrange samples for build validation. If the force or stroke needs adjusting, we iterate on your fitting feedback.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Small trial orders are supported. The exact minimum depends on the product type and whether new tooling is required, and is confirmed in our reply — we would rather not print a number here that may not hold.
Can you provide English datasheets and compliance documents?
Yes. We hold a self-operated import and export licence and can issue bilingual datasheets, material certificates, test reports and market-specific compliance documents (CE / RoHS / REACH declarations of conformity are issued per order). The applicable scope depends on product and market.
What information do you need to select a damper?
Four things: the mounting envelope (maximum size and hole centres), the required stroke, the mounting orientation (horizontal / vertical / inclined), and the load mass plus the closing feel you want. A drawing with the mounting position marked is the fastest route.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day. Where an engineer needs to assess a complex selection, we send an acknowledgement first so you know it is in progress.
